Relationship Coaching for Mind, Heart & Soul

“As Long As you can’t see your relationship blind spots, you’ll continue the heartache.”

Relationship Coaching That Goes Deeper

Stop repeating the same relationship patterns. Understand what has been keeping you stuck and discover a healthier, clearer path forward through the Triple Shot Method.

Relationships are rarely affected by just one argument, one decision, or one person. Beneath the surface, there are often deeper patterns influencing how you communicate, who you choose, what you tolerate, how you react, and what you believe you deserve.

Triple Shot Mindset offers a different approach to relationship coaching.

Instead of looking only at communication techniques or surface-level behavior, we examine the three forces shaping your relationship experiences: your Mind, your Heart, and your Soul.

By understanding all three, you can begin to recognize your blind spots, interrupt unhealthy cycles, and make relationship decisions with greater confidence and clarity.

Whether you are trying to strengthen your current relationship, recover from a breakup, rebuild after divorce, or prepare yourself to love differently in the future, the Triple Shot Method helps you understand the full picture.

What is Relationship Coaching?

Relationship coaching is a structured, forward-focused process that helps individuals and couples understand the patterns, beliefs, emotional reactions, and communication habits affecting their relationships.

A relationship coach can help you identify what is happening beneath recurring conflicts, confusing attractions, emotional disconnection, trust issues, and unhealthy relationship cycles.

Unlike generic relationship advice, effective coaching is personal. It examines your experiences, your decisions, your fears, your expectations, and the relationship dynamics you may not be able to see clearly on your own.

At Triple Shot Mindset, relationship coaching is not about telling you what to do.

It is about helping you understand why you have been doing what you do, what your experiences may be trying to teach you, and what needs to change before your relationship life can change.

Why Do Relationship Patterns Keep Repeating?

Many people leave one difficult relationship believing the next one will be different.

Then, months or years later, they discover themselves experiencing the same disconnection, insecurity, resentment, emotional unavailability, or conflict with a different person. The names and circumstances may change, but the emotional pattern remains familiar.

This can happen because unresolved relationship patterns do not disappear when a relationship ends. They often follow us into the next relationship through our beliefs, attachment patterns, emotional reactions, partner choices, expectations, boundaries, and fears.

You may repeatedly:

  • Choose emotionally unavailable partners.
  • Ignore early relationship red flags.
  • Confuse intensity with compatibility.
  • Stay too long in unhealthy relationships.
  • Withdraw when emotional intimacy increases.
  • Overreact when you feel rejected or abandoned.
  • Lose yourself while trying to keep someone else happy.
  • Avoid difficult conversations until resentment builds.
  • Expect your partner to heal wounds they did not create.
  • Continue fighting about the surface issue while missing the deeper conflict.

These patterns do not mean you are broken. They mean there may be something you have not fully seen, understood, or resolved. Those unseen patterns are what we call relationship blind spots.

Blind Spots

Your Issue Won’t Go Away Until You See Your Blind Spots Clearly

A relationship blind spot is something influencing your relationship that may be obvious to others but difficult for you to recognize from inside the experience.

You may clearly see your partner’s behavior while remaining unaware of how your own fears, expectations, wounds, or decisions are contributing to the dynamic.

You may believe you are protecting yourself when you are actually pushing intimacy away.

You may think you are being patient when you are repeatedly abandoning your own needs.

You may interpret instability as passion, control as care, emotional distance as independence, or constant sacrifice as love.

Relationship blind spots can affect couples, single people, divorced individuals, and anyone trying to recover from a painful breakup.

Our relationship coaching process helps bring those patterns into focus so you can respond to them consciously rather than repeating them automatically.

Introducing the

Triple Shot Method™

The Triple Shot Method is our signature relationship coaching framework for understanding the three interconnected dimensions affecting your relationships:

Your Mind • Your Heart • Your Soul

Most approaches concentrate primarily on one area. Some focus on changing your thoughts. Others focus on processing your emotions. Others emphasize personal purpose, spiritual growth, or intuition.

We believe meaningful transformation often requires all three.

Your thoughts influence your emotions. Your emotions influence your choices. Your deeper sense of identity, meaning, and purpose influences what you seek, accept, and repeat.

When one area is ignored, an important part of the relationship may remain unresolved.

The Triple Shot Method™ helps you step back from the immediate confusion and examine the complete relationship pattern.

Relationship Coaching vs. Therapy

Relationship coaching and psychotherapy are not the same.

Coaching generally focuses on awareness, goals, choices, communication, patterns and forward movement.

Licensed mental-health treatment may be more appropriate when someone needs diagnosis or treatment for a mental-health condition, significant trauma, abuse, addiction, severe depression, suicidal thoughts or another clinical concern.

Triple Shot Mindset coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for appropriate mental-health care.

Knowing which type of support you need is part of making a healthy decision.

Are You Ready For The
Triple Shot Method™

  • You understand your patterns intellectually but continue to repeat them emotionally.
  • You are in a bad relationship, divorced, dating again, or trying to create a healthier relationship after a painful ending.
  • You feel that a past or present relationship carries a deeper spiritual significance.
  • You are unsure whether a connection is meant to be repaired, transformed, or released.
  • You want to take responsibility for your life without carrying all the blame.
  • You are ready to explore your beliefs, emotions, desires, ego, and spiritual perspective honestly.
  • You are prepared to become the version of yourself who creates healthier love.
