This One Question
Changes Everything

A man once asked his neighbor, “Why do your plants grow so beautifully?” The neighbor smiled and said, “Because I remove the weeds that stop them.”

Pause with that for a moment.

I’ve learned that growth is not always about adding more. It’s not always about doing more, learning more, or chasing more. It’s often about having the courage to remove the people, habits, and beliefs that keep you small.

Think about it.

A plant doesn’t struggle to grow. It is designed to grow. But when weeds choke the soil, dead leaves block the light, or too much water drowns its roots, it cannot fully express its potential.

And the same is true for us.

A lot of us carry limiting beliefs. Struggle with habits that quietly drain our energy. Hang around people who are no longer aligned with our path. Or listen to the voice in our heads that tells us to play it safe.

We don’t need more power, potential, or motivation… we can muster those up if we wanted to. What we need is space.

Space to breathe. Space to expand. Space to become who we were always meant to be.

The transformation we’re seeking doesn’t come from force. It comes from alignment. And alignment begins when we start asking:

“What must I release so I can rise?”

Because when you remove what no longer serves you, clarity enters, energy returns, and purpose awakens.

Just like that garden, our life begins to flourish – not because we added something new, but because we finally made room for what was already trying to grow.

So today, I invite you to become the gardener of your own life.

Look honestly. Act courageously. Release intentionally. And trust that what remains… will thrive.
